Steel yourselves, for this trip is not for the faint of heart. But if you're looking to add some unique, unexpected, or just plain inexpensive pieces to your wardrobe this season, you won't want to miss this!
What to Expect
This is NOT a hip and trendy vintage market, ladies... this is one of my super-secret shopping haunts, where you never know which vendors or treasures you'll find. This is the complete opposite of a boutique experience, so be forewarned!
I honestly don't want all of LA to know about this. ;) I'm doing a VERY small group excursion exclusively for my friends - Message me if you're interested in a future shopping adventure!
What to Wear
There are NO fitting rooms on this Fashion Safari. In order to check the fit of items, I recommend wearing close fitting clothing like skinny jeans or leggings and a tank top, plus an easily-removable outer layer for comfort. Hands-free bags that can be worn cross-body or over the shoulder are also super helpful. Also dress simply - you often have more bargaining power if you don't look like you can buy the entire market.
What to Bring
Cash cash cash! You will need small bills in the morning hours for your entrance fee ($1.50) and early purchases (some vendors won't have much change until they sell a few things). There are restrooms on site, but you can also bring hand sanitizer if you like.
