Wow, that was a late night last night! I voted by mail, so I didn't have to go to the polls, but I'm glad I was able to show my support for the democratic process with my red-and-blue outfit. I chose both red and blue because, whatever your political orientation, I do strongly believe in everyone's right to go out and vote his conscience.
Style-wise, I went for a bit of blue-collar American worker as well as some International diplomacy and luxury. I really enjoyed how the relaxed denim colors toned down the bright, bold statement of the leather vest. For me, this is a good representation of my hopes for the nation: mainly, enjoying nice things as a result of hard work, compromise, and understanding.
Whether you feel thrilled, devastated, confused, or indifferent today, I hope we can all do like my client and I did for this set of pictures and laugh off the stress of the day together (thank you, Ms. Client, for snapping the pics on your way to the polls)!
