It has been a whirlwind month! I hope June kicked off well for you all. I have had some awesome opportunities lately that have kept me super busy - planning for my SOLD OUT (le gasp!) Summer Style Work-Swap, gaining a new styling certification I can't wait to tell you about, and styling/shooting an amazing series of photos for an upcoming post on designer pet harnesses. You read that right... talk about worlds colliding!
In any event, this was my outfit for the aforementioned photo shoot - and man, what a difference hemming your pants makes! I took off about six inches of leg from these jeans, and they instantly went from totally dumpy to my new favorites. This all has to do with my certification, which I plan to share with you next week when I have some before/after pics to help illustrate. :D
Other than comfort, they key to this outfit was comfort, mobility, and a bit of edgy flare. My client wanted an upscale look for our model, and I wanted to reflect that in my outfit as well. This combo was just the ticket, keeping me as warm and comfy as any track suit could.
I'm off to prepare for a big styling session, but I wish you all a comfy and relaxed weekend!
